Strategic Hyperscale Campus (LHR2-A)

Located in Dagenham, London DC-4 is a purpose-built facility designed for long-term scalability. This Tier 3 data center currently offers 32 MW of live critical IT load, with expansion capabilities up to 64 MW and 25,600 m² of total server space to accommodate your business growth.

This purpose-built hyperscale facility serves as a major expansion point in the London data corridor. Operational since 2020, the campus is designed for large-scale deployments, ultimately supporting 64MW of critical IT load.

Featuring a solid floor design across two levels, the site provides 12,800m² of active whitespace. It offers highly adaptable tenancy options—from single cabinets to private suites—with immediate power expansion available.

Engineered for reliability, the facility uses N+1 UPS redundancy via separated A and B power feeds. Cooling is handled by an efficient water-cooled system with free-cooling support, backed by standby diesel generators for uninterrupted service.

Security is managed through a fenced perimeter, mantrap entries, and 24/7 onsite personnel. All access is governed by biometric and card scanners. Fire safety includes a VESDA early-warning system and automatic fire suppression.

The data center is a well-connected hub featuring a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR). It provides carrier-neutral access to multiple peering networks and at least five major network providers to ensure fast, global routing.

London DC-4 holds a BREEAM Excellent certification for environmental sustainability. It also maintains a comprehensive suite of compliance accreditations including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 Type 2, and ISO 9001.
